Lead Mbanq's UK entity and operations. You'll drive commercial strategy, manage regulatory relationships, build partnerships with sponsor banks, and grow our regional business across embedded finance and BaaS verticals.

Drive Mbanq's go-to-market across the UK and European markets. You'll identify and close new enterprise opportunities in embedded finance, build strategic partnerships, and own the full sales cycle for complex deals.

Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for new clients and their customers. You'll design and optimize onboarding flows, work with compliance and product teams, and ensure every client launches successfully.

Lead operational delivery across our UK programs, including payments processing, dispute resolution, and regulatory reporting. You'll build scalable operational processes as we grow our UK book of business.

Own relationships with our UK client portfolio — from embedded finance partners to community banks. You'll drive retention, expansion, and satisfaction across a portfolio of regulated financial programs.

Support our compliance team with transaction monitoring, KYC reviews, SAR submissions, and regulatory reporting. You'll work closely with operations and technology teams to keep our programs clean and compliant.

Generate new business across UK and EMEA markets. You'll prospect into fintechs, challenger banks, and enterprise platforms, run demos, and manage deals from first contact through to signed agreement.

Support our sales team with outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management. This is a great entry point into the embedded finance industry with clear progression into a full BDM role.

Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of Mbanq clients. You'll be the primary point of contact for operational queries, coordinate with internal teams, and drive account health and satisfaction metrics.
