System Administrator

Mbanq, an early stage startup in the FinTech industry, is looking for experienced System Administrator, to join our international team. You’ll be working with teams located in different time zone CET (Central Europe) and PT (San Francisco).

Responsibilities

  • Manage an Office 365 solution for an international team of 50 that is growing quickly
  • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues encountered by our users
  • Order and setup company notebooks and software
  • Setup and maintain systems for project management and software development teams. Including installation, operations, maintenance, configurations, monitoring, and backup and recovery. We work with GitLab, WordPress, Taiga, Zoho and various Microsoft tools.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English is required, both spoken and written
  • You have to be proactive, self-organized and solution-oriented
  • Microsoft Certifications are a plus
