Mbanq’s paid Summer Internship Program is back for 2025. Running from July 14 to August 22, the six-week program is for students and recent graduates who want real work experience in the fintech industry.
Interns will join teams across finance, operations, accounting, and marketing, and contribute to live projects and learn how a modern fintech company operates. The program includes 32 working hours per week, with Wednesdays off, to support a balanced and productive schedule.
Interns will be based at Mbanq’s flagship office in Bothell, near Seattle, Washington. The office includes a gym, games room, and other on-site perks. The internship also includes team-building activities, mentoring, and exposure to Mbanq’s international operations.
Participants will learn directly from experienced fintech professionals and gain a clear view of how financial technology platforms are built and run. The program is structured to provide practical skills, professional development, and insight into potential career paths in fintech.
